HOW IT WORKS
Every payment has a sender, amount and reference. It only increases the available balance once the funds arrive and clear review.
If an invoice is required, the customer sees the request in the app. Before a withdrawal, the service obtains the rate and fees to show the final amount.
The customer checks the asset, network and wallet address. After submission, the status and transaction ID remain in their history.
If funds haven't arrived, the customer can check the account details with the sender. An invoice request includes a document upload action; a completed withdrawal links to the transaction.
Your team sees the customer's document requests, status changes and withdrawal quote in the payment record, without asking for screenshots.
Before launch, we agree on countries, currencies, permitted senders, document requirements and settlement rules. The selected program determines which functions can be included.
